“What now?”
Inquired fear of apathy.
How long
Will free souls dance with tyranny?
When
Will hoping end our hopelessness?
Where
Will the searchers find their place of rest?
Why
Is it that we question everything?
Who is our answer?
Who is our King?
The only answer that we’ll ever need
Is Jesus Christ upon the cross of every deed
And every thought in which good has fallen ill.
The only remedy is that Perfection’s blood did spill.
“What now?”
Inquired death as Christ rose again.
“How long,”
We ask, “until our Jesus comes again?”
When
Will freedom invade every heart?
Why
Will many turn away from a brand new start?
Who is your answer?
Who is your King?
Where
Will the searchers find their place of rest?
Don’t turn the Son of God away.
Don’t miss out on God’s Best!
