We’ll meet tomorrow
At 101 Memory Lane
Hoping for the things that never come
Moping in the light of an ochre sun
Diffused through the windows
Through the drapes
The warm glow of mellow light in a room filled with hate

Tomorrow we wait
For love

Tomorrow came
And nothing came
The ochre sun turned blue and died
The stars all sparkled in a sky of black
As I went unconscious
Punched out by love
