"PALPATINE AND VADER"

I love the contrast between Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader, in the first six "StarWars" movies. Palpatine (as Senator and later as Chancellor) was evil all along, but fooled people into thinking he was good, for the first two and a half movies, until he was ready to reveal his true colours, taking full control as Emperor. Vader, on the other hand, started out as the good Anakin Skywalker, and was striving for good, but was manipulated and confused into evil by the brilliantly crafty Palpatine.
