“GUELPH’S NOTORIUS MANGY FOX” by JTK.CA

I had already seen media coverage of this mangy fox running around my city of Guelph (pronounced “Gwelf"), Ontario, Canada. And, yesterday (Thursday, June 27, 2013), at 1:54 pm, I managed to take these two photos of the Royal City’s latest celebrity. I’m so glad I always have my camera with me! In the Wellington Street parking lot, the beleaguered animal ran from between Angel’s Diner and Franco’s barbershop and then dashed across the street in the direction of the now out-of-business Taco Bell franchise. Perhaps it thought there might be some tacos left in the dumpster. Look at just how sick this poor critter is. I hope the Guelph humane society can manage to catch it. I saw a bicycle cop around an hour later, told him about it, and showed him the pictures on the back of my camera.
