Toronto's historic old architecture of the RBC Dominion Securities building was actually picked up and moved, being fused together with the futuristic skylighted design of the galleria in Brookfield Place (formerly BCE Place). And, in case you're disoriented, I've fused together two of my photos of this old-new fusion into a diptych.
If the arched skylights look familiar, it's because, in the sci-fi series "TekWar", they used the futuristic architecture as the headquarters for William Shatner's character.
